Dating for One

Tonight I went on my first solo date. I have to admit that this is the best date I've been on this year. I didn't have to worry about who's going to pick up the check, making fake conversation, if he liked me, or even if I was going to get an second date. It was refreshing, worry free, and I had full control. I got to make all the decisions and not feel guilty about making the wrong one. I got to lead, and it felt great! There will come a time, where I'll want a guy to sit across of me and look at me with genuine interest. I'll want to have an really great conversation with him, with actual depth. In the meantime with the constant burning question "Where is he already?", dating for one isn't so bad.
